Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund/replacement for a product purchased through Jaipur Shubho Ratan. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Jaipur Shubho Ratan does not offer cash refunds on any product. Instead, we provide a one-time replacement if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of the product, along with photo/video proof. The request will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided after verification at our end.
In case you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Since our gemstones are certified as per the details mentioned on each product page, any complaint regarding authenticity will be assessed against the accompanying certification.
In case a refund is approved by Jaipur Shubho Ratan at its discretion (e.g., pre-shipping cancellation, or replacement not possible), it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of approval.
Return Policy
We offer a one-time replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
In order to become eligible for a replacement, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as received, (ii) the item must be in its original packaging, (iii) only one replacement is allowed per order.
You agree that certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or replacement — such as customised or made-to-order items, unless found damaged or defective. Such exemptions, if applicable, will be identified on the product page at the time of purchase.
For accepted replacement requests, once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding receipt of the returned item. If approved after quality check, your replacement will be processed and dispatched in accordance with this policy. Return shipping for approved replacement requests will be borne by us.
