Shipping Policy
Orders placed on Jaipur Shubho Ratan are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or payment, and are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, subject to courier company norms and serviceability of your location.
Jaipur Shubho Ratan shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority once the shipment has been handed over.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Order confirmation and shipment updates will be sent to the email ID and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional flat charge of ₹150, shown at checkout.
Any shipping cost levied at the time of order is non-refundable, including in cases of order cancellation after dispatch.
